Today is The Virtual IT Director’s 1st birthday.

And what a year it has been! Starting with a new customer base and an untested business model, it has certainly been a test, but it is paying off, and there’s clearly a gap in the market for clear and unbiased IT guidance.

One year on, we have a solid base of recurring revenue, plenty of opportunities in the pipeline for 2024, capacity to take on new clients and some exciting growth plans.

Receiving recognition as a finalist in the Wakefield Business Awards 2023 for ‘New Business of the Year’ was certainly a highlight in 2023; and even more recently, the pride of winning a national award  – more information on that coming soon!

Our client base is spread across the UK and Ireland and we’re heavily committed to balancing in-person meetings with the convenience of remote work to offer a flexible, cost effective, engaging and personalised approach.

I have had so much support from everyone over the last 12 months; I am truly humbled and grateful. My journey so far would not have been possible without the unconditional support of so many…..
