Today marks the 2nd anniversary of The Virtual IT Director, and I’ve been reflecting on how far we’ve come.

What started as just me with a new customer base and an untested business model has grown into something bigger – and now, the “I” is slowly becoming “we”. Thank you to my family, friends, clients, and the incredible We Are Wakefield community for believing in me and supporting this vision.

In just two years, we’ve built a solid foundation: a growing client base, earning trust, steady opportunities, a strong brand, an emerging reputation, and a commitment to exceptional service.

Earlier this year, we moved into fantastic new offices in Horbury – a great location, with excellent meeting spaces. You’re always welcome to drop by for a catch-up, a coffee, and of course, a chocolate Hobnob!

We’re also expanding – keep an eye out for opportunities for additional virtual IT directors and outsourcing key business functions in the new year. The future is looking brighter than ever, and I’m excited about what’s next.

Looking ahead, with trips to the US, Ireland, and France scheduled, perhaps The “Global” Virtual IT Director might be more appropriate! Whatever the title, one thing remains constant: our commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
